Besides the Title Owner, in some cases, some individuals (administrative, commercial, marketing and legal personnel and system administrators) involved in the organization of this Application could have access to the Data, or individuals such as technical suppliers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT firms, communication agencies appointed also, if necessary, as those in charge of Data Processing by the Title Owner. Legal Fundamentals of Data Processing
The Title Owner deals with Personal Data relating to the User in the event of one of the following conditions:
– The User has granted consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: in some systems the Title Owner can be authorized to deal with Personal Data without having to obtain the consent of the User or other legal fundamentals here specified, until the User indicated “opts-out” to such processing. However, this is not applicable if the processing of Personal Data is regulated by European legislation regarding protection of Personal Data.
– the processing is necessary in compliance with a contract with the User and/or compliance to pre-contractual measures;
– the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Title Owner is subject;
– the processing is necessary for the compliance of public interest or for the exercise of public authority to which the Title Owner is appointed;
– the processing is necessary in the pursuit of legitimate concern of the Title Owner or third parties.
However, it is always possible to ask the Title Owner to clarify the actual legal ground of each processing and in particular to specify if the processing is based on the law provided by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.

The User has the right to obtain information as regards to the legal ground of Data transferred outside the European Union or to any international organization of public international law or set up by two or more countries, as for example, the UN, as well as the security measures adopted by the Title Owner to protect the Data.
In the event that any of the above transfers take place, the User can refer to the respective sections of this document or request information to the Title Owner using the contact details listed at the beginning.
The collected Data are dealt with and stored for the time requested.
The Personal Data collected for purposes connected to the compliance with a contract between the Title Owner and User will be withheld until completion of such contract.
The Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Title Owner will be withheld until the fulfillment of such interest. The User can obtain further information about the legitimate interest pursued by the Title Owner in the relating sections of this document or by contacting the Title Owner.
When the processing is based on the consent of the User, the Title Owner can keep the Personal Data for a longer time, until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Title Owner can be obliged to keep the Personal Data for a longer period, in compliance with a legal obligation or order from an authority.
At the end of the storage period the Personal Data will be deleted. Hence, at the expiration date the right to access, delete, rectify and right of portability of the Data will be annulled.

The User has the right to receive their Data in a proper format, for common use and available through automatic devices and, where technically feasible, to obtain the transfer to another owner with no problem. This arrangement is applicable when the Data are processed with automated devices and the processing is based on the consent of the User by contract of which the User is part or to which
the User is connected.
– lodge a complaint. The User can lodge a complaint to the authority responsible for the protection of personal data or take action in court.

The User’s Personal Data can be used by the Title Owner in court or in the preparatory stages for defense from abuse in the use of this Application or of the connected Services on the part of the User.
